An investigation into a fence collapse at Leichhardt Oval has found the incident was unforeseeable. The railing on a grandstand gave away during a school rugby match earlier this month, sending dozens of spectators crashing onto concrete. SafeWork New South Wales has since inspected the site, and says it's been made safe for future games.
